Silicone Sheets
The majority of silicone rubber sheet manufactured is cured from gum based silicone specifically methyl vinyl silicones, which meet a number of military, AMS, and industrial specifications. These common silicones have a durometer range of 25 to 70 shore A, and the temperature range for these silicone is generally -100F to 500F Silicone rubber sheet stock is commonly used for hot stamping raised graphics or broad areas on flat, contoured or cylindrical shaped objects. We offer a wide variety of silicone rubber materials to meet requirements for heat resistance and thermal conductivity. Our complete product line includes rubber materials ideal for heat sealing, nip or feed mediums, packaging and other applications that benefit from flexible yet non-marring, non-skid material. Our methyl-based gum silicones can be compounded to have high elongation, flex, tensile and tear properties for mechanically demanding properties.
We have high strength silicone sheets ranging from 0.015 inch to 0.125 inch thick and in 30, 50, and 70 Shore A. Available Solid Silicone Sheets Size Thickness Shore A Hardness 300(30cm)*300(30cm) 1mm-20mm 10-80 1,000(100cm)*1,000(100cm) 1mm-20mm 10-80 1,000(100cm)*2,000(200cm) 1mm-20mm 10-80
